All members of HFLOA are entitled to purchase one or more shares in North Devon Leisure Limited at the current price of £2,159.00
Share ownership entitles the lodge owner and guests staying in their lodge free access and use of the Clifford Water Lakes
Share ownership has also been shown to be beneficial to lodge owners selling their property.

Members of HFLOA are also entitled to purchase an annual subscription to the lakes currently £150.00 the subscription will entitle the lodge owner and guests staying in their lodge access and use of the lakes site.
Owners who rent their lodges will attest to the attraction for holiday guests.
We receive many excellent reviews from visitors to the site and we rely on the subscriptions from lodge owners to continue our efforts to maintain and improve the site.
